Манай улс хүлэмжийн хийн ялгарлыг 2035 он гэхэд 30.3 хувь буюу 24.7 сая тонн СО₂-эквивалентээр багасгах зорилт тавиад байгааг БОУАӨЯ мэдээлэв.

Үүнийг газар ашиглалт, ой, бэлчээрийн менежментийг сайжруулах замаар 46.3, харин олон улсын санхүү, технологийн дэмжлэгээр 52.8 хувьд хүргэж буулгах боломжтой гэж тооцоолжээ. Үүнд 53.3 их наяд төгрөг (14.8 тэрбум ам.доллар) шаардлагатай тул төр, хувийн хэвшлийн хамтын ажиллагаа, олон улсын эх үүсвэрээр бүрдүүлэхээр төлөвлөснийг Засгийн газраас баталсан “Үндэсний тодорхойлсон хувь нэмэр (NDC) 3.0” баримт бичгийг нийтэд танилцуулж үндэсний форумын үеэр тодотголоо.

Монгол Улс Парисын хэлэлцээрийг хэрэгжүүлэх Үндэсний тодорхойлсон хувь нэмрийн зорилтоо шинэчилсэн бөгөөд сүүлийн 10 жилд Уур амьсгалын ногоон сантай хамтран, 400 сая гаруй ам.долларын төсөл, хөтөлбөр хэрэгжүүлжээ. Уур амьсгалын өөрчлөлтийн хяналт-шинжилгээ, мэдээлэл, тайлангийн тогтолцоог боловсронгуй болгохоор хиймэл оюунд суурилсан үндэсний платформ хөгжүүлэхээр төлөвлөж байна.

Парисын хэлэлцээрийн 6 дугаар зүйлийн хүрээнд Монгол Улс нүүрстөрөгчийн зах зээлийн хамтын ажиллагааг эрчимжүүлж, өнгөрсөн сард Сингапур Улстай хамтын ажиллагааны хэлэлцээр байгуулсан. Үүнтэй адил хэлэлцээрийг Швейцарийн Холбооны Улстай COP30 бага хурлын үеэр байгуулахаар бэлтгэж байна.

Форумын оролцогчид NDC 3.0-ийг зөвхөн уур амьсгалын зорилт биелүүлэх баримт бичиг бус, эдийн засгийн шинэчлэл, ногоон хөрөнгө оруулалт татах, инноваци, технологийн хөгжлийг түргэтгэх чухал хөшүүрэг гэж үнэлжээ.
