Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайд Г.Занданшатар өнөөдөр /2025.10.08/ Монголын боловсрол, шинжлэх ухааны үйлдвэрчний эвлэлийн төлөөлөгчдийг хүлээн авч уулзлаа.

Ерөнхий сайд Г.Занданшатар эдийн засгийн нөхцөл байдал, төсөв санхүүгийн боломжийн талаар мэдээлэл өгөв. Төсвийн зардлыг ДНБ-ий 24 хувиас хэтрүүлэхгүй байх хуулийн хязгаарт захирагдаж урсгал зардлуудыг төлөвлөсөн. Засгийн газраас 2026 оны улсын төсвийн төсөлд боловсролын салбарын хөрөнгө оруулалтыг хоёр дахин, хувьсах зардлыг 100 тэрбум төгрөгөөр нэмэгдүүлэхээр тусгасан. Ирэх оны төсвийн төслийг УИХ-д өргөн барьсан учраас цаашид боловсролын салбарт шаардлагатай санхүүжилтийг нэмэгдүүлэхийн тулд бусад боломжит эх үүсвэрүүдийг эрэлхийлж байгаа аж. Тухайлбал, Бортээгийн ордыг эдийн засгийн эргэлтэд оруулах замаар санхүүжилт босгож, тулгамдсан асуудлуудыг шийдвэрлэх боломжтой. Энэ тухай тогтоолын төслийг УИХ-д өргөн барьсныг Ерөнхий сайд онцоллоо. Уг тогтоол батлагдвал цалинг нэмэгдүүлэхээс гадна багш нарын нийгмийн асуудлыг шийдвэрлэх боломжтой гэлээ.

Монголын боловсрол, шинжлэх ухааны үйлдвэрчний эвлэлийн холбооны зүгээс багш нарын үндсэн цалинг 3.5 сая төгрөг болгох шаардлага тавьж буй. Үндсэн цалинг ингэж нэмэгдүүлэхэд жилд 3.3 их наяд төгрөг шаардлагатай гэсэн тооцооллыг Боловсролын яам гаргажээ. Өөрөөр хэлбэл, зөвхөн үндсэн цалинг нэмэгдүүлэхэд жилд нийт 6.1 их наяд төгрөг шаардагдана. Улсын төсөвт ийм боломж хомс тул багш нарын цалинг тодорхой үе шаттай нэмэгдүүлж, 2028 онд үндсэн цалинг 3.5 сая төгрөгт хүргэх боломжтойг салбарын сайд хэллээ.

Ерөнхий сайд багш нарын үндсэн цалинг ирэх оны нэгдүгээр сарын 1-нээс нэг сая 850 мянган төгрөг, хоёрдугаар хагасаас хоёр сая 500 мянган төгрөг болгох замаар 3.5 сая төгрөгт хүргэх боломжийг судалж, Засгийн газрын хуралдаанд танилцуулахыг Сангийн сайд Б.Жавхланд үүрэг болголоо. Түүнчлэн боловсролын салбарт ажиллагсдын цалин хөлсний бүтцийг шинэчлэн сайжруулах санал боловсруулах шаардлагатайг дурдлаа.
